I'm testing WhatsApp automation. The automation is triggered by the user, but it doesn't respond. I tested it with a pre-made template, and it doesn't work either. The log shows that the automation was triggered, but no WhatsApp messages were received.

It can be a lot of things. Could you share a screenshot of the trigger and first nodes of your automation? Sometimes it’s possible to spot something around there.
Also check your BM/ WhatsApp Manager (https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers), because sometimes Meta itself restricts some functionalities if some verification is pending, for example.
Eu preciso validar o ManyChat para depois criar automações reais para meus clientes com contas reais, então no momento eu estou usando uma página de teste com um numero dos EUA comprado no many chat mesmo.
Eu testei com automações proprias e por ultimo ai esta um print de uma automação com um template totalmente criado pelo many chat.
Eu creio que estou sabendo usar a ferramenta, tenho um conhecimento basico, pois fui capaz de criar automações para facebook messenger normalmente.
