Hi,

It’s so difficult to get a WhatsApp Business API account even though I own the business. I’m trying to find another way, and Manychat seems to be one of it. Can I subscribe through Manychat and thus bypassing Meta’s process of getting the WhatsApp Business API approved?


Secondly, when my live agents interact with the users, I read that they must do it on manychat UI, because if they talk directly in the WhatsApp chat, the automation will not stop. If this is true, can we whitelabel the chat? I do not want my clients to know that I’m using manychat.

Hey ​@Xerial using WhatsApp will not bypass Meta’s requirements.

However, you only need to have an approved number if you’re going to heavily use business-initiated conversations. If your conversations are started by your customers, you don’t need to be verified, and you can work without any issues.

As for the Agents question, yes, you’ll need to use Manychat’s Live Chat.

And no, unfortunately there’s not a whitelabel option.
