WhatsApp Business Setup Error on ManyChat — Need Help

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue while trying to connect my WhatsApp Business Account to ManyChat.

Each time I try to complete the setup, I get this error message:
“You can't complete the setup process because your business doesn't meet WhatsApp's policy requirements…” (screenshot attached).

My WhatsApp Business Account is already linked to my verified Meta Business Manager, so I’m not sure why this error keeps appearing.

Has anyone faced this issue before?
Do you know what steps I can take to fix it or what could be causing the policy rejection?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey ​@SSP Academy I suggest you contact support and ask them for assistance here.

I’d make loom video showing the connection process, and also showing the Business Manager and the verified WhatsApp account that you’re trying to connect. With this info they’ll have everything to know what the case might be and if this is a bug from Meta and if there’s a workaround.

Hey ​@SSP Academy I meant that if I were in your position, I’d make the loom video showing the error, and then send that loom video to support so they can see exactly what’s going on…

You have to make the video from your account and with the issues you’re having.

Agree with Gustavo. Record a loom video to show and explain how did you come to this error for everyone to understand because with the screenshot, we do not know how did it happen
