Hello there,

I integrated product catalogue to WhatsApp and I can now automate a reply when user send a cart.

But I wonder if I can read the product details and extract them to a CUF from the sent cart by a user whereas I only can see the following photo from live chat

 

@Adnan Shikh I'd start with Refreshing permissions as instructed on the message, see what happens then.

Although I'm pretty sure you won't be able to save it in a custom field, you may be able to visualize it in the Live Chat.

The first image is when I pressed on “Go to the catalog settings” and No refresh permission is showing.


You can refresh permissions by clicking on the 'Help' icon on the bottom left corner of Manychat.

 


Indeed, I refreshed permissions but still couldn’t see the details of the sent cart by a user


Adnan, how did you integrated a product catalogue to WhatsApp?

I’m not seing that option. I did everything from Meta Business Manager but it’s not showing for me :(
