Whatsapp Channel Integration Stuck

Hello! I’ve recently discovered that Whatsapp is now working on Manychat, so I decided to come back and give the application a try with the new Cohexistence mode.

Well… I tried linking it to my WABusiness app, and everything works fine on the Meta’s side of events, but after Meta tells me it has succesfully connected to Manychat, I get redirected back into the original Manychat tab on my browser where it displays:

“Connecting your WhatsApp channel...

It can take up to a few minutes.”

Fun fact, it will never leave this screen.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem before? And if there is any solution for it? I really want to have the WA Business app on our company phone AND have Manychat working at the same time, so please help!

Hi ​@BBarra ,  If your Manychat tab is stuck on "Connecting your WhatsApp channel..." after Meta shows successful connection, probably you can try these steps:

  1. Clear browser cache and refresh the page 😉
  2. Check integration requirements - ensure your WhatsApp Business account meets all criteria like you business account has been verifyed.
  3. Try a different browser or incognito mode
