If connected to ManyChat via WhatsApp Business Coexistence, can I continue to receive and make calls on the WhatsApp Business App?

I know all other forms of connection will probably not allow me access to voice calls anymore.

 

We are a small local business owner, and certain features on WhatsApp Business App is very important for us - think Voice Calls. Some customers (and demographics) prefer to call us over message. That being said, we still want to use automation to help with certain top related questions.

 

I was excited to find that WhatsApp Coexistence finally existed. To make sure the platform and Coexistence feature suits us, I have been reading up on the feature (both at ManyChat, Facebook Developer, and other platforms). However I am finding conflicting information about Voice Calls.

Can anyone that is using WhatsApp Coexistence on Manychat please share their experience? Are voice calls still available? Has it been helpful for your use case? Anything else I should note before implementing it?
