When trying to connect an existing Whatsapp API number I successfully go through the Meta pop-up. After accepting the connection the following error message pops-up. I don't really understant what I have to do and I'm afraid of loosing the good reputation that this number already has.

The support team tells me I have to disconnect the number from my Whastsapp Business Manager, but doesn’t make any sense, all the numbers I’ve connected appeared there.

 

@danimb13 The same thing happened to me with a client from Spain. We had to remove the number from the Business Manager and then add it back. In our case, the reputation wasn't lost.

The recommendation to remove it and add it back came from Manychat support directly.

I can't predict what will happen to your account (Meta is unpredictable!), but in our case, it worked!

me pasó lo mismo con un cliente de España. Tuvimos que remover el número del Business Manager y luego agregarlo de vuelta. En nuestro caso, no se perdió la reputación.

La recomendación de removerlo y agregarlo de vuelta fue de soporte de Manychat directamente.

No puedo predecir qué pasará con tu cuenta (Meta es impredecible!), pero en nuestro caso anduvo!
