ManyChat is triggering the WhatsApp flow, but the flow is not appearing on WhatsApp. However, I can see the flow messages in the ManyChat inbox.

A popup appears on ManyChat saying, "WhatsApp was turned off."

​@samar check your Business Manager to see if you don’t have any issues with your WhatsApp account, or any blocks.

If you don’t, try reconnecting, and talking to support to see if they have any other errors on the backend.
