Whatsapp Inbox is showing "Unsupported message type"

Hi,
This error message usually appears when a contact sends a type of content that the WhatsApp Business API or the Manychat Live Chat interface cannot render or process yet.
In most cases, this happens when the user sends:

Interactive messages from another bot or third-party service.

Specific file formats that are not supported by the platform's current preview system.

New WhatsApp features (like certain types of polls or reaction types) that have not been fully integrated into the API display.
Even if you cannot see the content in the Live Chat, the message was received by the system.
