Hi, We are not receiving WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Automation. Need help what to do & recover message which I was not able to receive.

    ​@ak1995 if the connection is not working, you have only 2 options:

    1. Disconnect and reconnect WhatsApp and hope that solves the issue.
    2. Talk to Manychat Support, see if they can help.

    As for recovering missed messages, I doubt you'll be able to recover them to be honest. But if it's possible, the ones who would be able to do it would be support.
