​@NataliaKsiazek easy & short answer: no, it’s not possible.

Longer answer: if you already have the IG/Facebook profile in Manychat associated with a WhatsApp profile, then yes, it’s possible. It’s a trickier setup, but you could do it.

However, for it to work, you’d have to also have the person as a WhatsApp subscriber or know their phone number. So it would only work for subscribers you already had a conversation with, and who already opted in to Manychat.

Which probably beats the purpose and viral goal of the Comments trigger...
