Hello ManyChat Support,
I'm experiencing a problem with WhatsApp keyword automations on my account (Healing Herbs).
My WhatsApp number is connected successfully, and incoming messages appear in my ManyChat Inbox.
However, my keyword automations are not triggering.
I have tested the following:

Created a keyword trigger using "Message begins with".

Added a new test keyword: STAPHTEST.

Confirmed that the trigger is enabled.

Confirmed that the automation is LIVE and saved.

Sent STAPHTEST from another WhatsApp number.

Confirmed that the message arrived in ManyChat Inbox, but no automation was triggered.
My Meta Business Manager also shows ManyChat as a partner with full access to the WhatsApp Business Account.
Please investigate whether there is an issue with my WhatsApp keyword-trigger event processing or account configuration.
