When I signed up for MenyChat, I received a WhatsApp number issued by them. The WhatsApp number is not linked to any account. How do I link it to my WhatsApp account? Also, where do I find my Subscriber ID ?

Regarding the subscriber ID, when you click on a contact, you can see the contact ID both in the URL and in the contact's profile. If you're referring to the account ID, that number also appears in the URL.

Each user who interacts with you has a unique ID number. To check this number, you can go to the "Contacts" or "Live Chat" menu, click on the contact whose ID number you want to view, and their profile will open, where you can see the ID number.

But I don't have users on MANYCHAT. except for my user. The people who contact my bot on MANYCHAT are my customers whose information is in my CRM, in a system called Fireberry. In this system, they are updated as customers with all the relevant information.
If you're looking to start a conversation on the WhatsApp channel when people are added to your CRM, the first step is to create the contact. Once that's done, you'll have the contact's ID number and can perform other actions with that contact.

Thanks for the response. My intention is not to start a new conversation with customers, but to receive inquiries via WhatsApp from customers, who are the ones contacting me. Also, this customer data is only in Fireberry's CRM.
