I’m seeing WhatsApp template messages show as Sent, but Delivered stays at 0%. Other templates deliver fine with the same audience and setup.

Already checked:

  • Using a template send (not free-form), both inside/outside 24h window

  • Contacts active/subscribed, E.164 format

  • Template language/version consistent

  • All placeholders populated

Questions:

  • Any known causes for “Sent but not Delivered” on templates?

  • Specific log/error codes to look for that pinpoint the issue?

  • Proven fixes/workarounds you’ve used?

Hi ​@Ido Puter  Probably  the issue might be related to the audience — if the same users have already received this template before, Meta may be blocking or ignoring repeated sends from that number. It could also happen if the template was recently edited or has a version mismatch between Meta and ManyChat. I’m not completely sure, but probably you can check the template status in Meta Business Manager, confirm the language version, and maybe test by duplicating the template and sending it to a few contacts to see if delivery works.
