WhatsApp Templates from Facebook/Meta Business Manager don’t sync into ManyChat

Hey there,

i just completed a message template with the “flow” feature at business.facebook.com and its already active. But it does not show up in Manychat (right account) → Settings → Whatsapp → Message Templates. So basically the synronisation is not working. Am i missing something?

You’ll need to create your templates on Manychat, and it automatically syncs with WhatsApp Manager.

    but then it is not possible for me to implement the flow feature in my templates right? It is not available in the templates in manychat and it is i think not possible to change it afterwards in business.facebook after creating a normal template in manychat. Or is it possible somehow?

    ​@nodera_needs_help It is possible to use your templates in your flows, but you’ll need to create them (the templates) inside Manychat.

     

    To create a template in Manychat, go to settings → WhatsApp channel → Message templates → +New template

     

    There, you can create as many template as you need.

    1. Choose a template name in English
    2. Select the template category
    3. Choose the language that you’re going to use in your template
    4. Create your template and send to review

    The "WhatsApp Flows" feature is not yet available in ManyChat. There is already this feature request, you can vote:

    Thanks ​@rogerioaraujo, that is what i was talking about! is there any way to bypass manychat and somehow still make it possible to integrate whatsapp flow into the manychat flows? For example with http request or sth like that? I love that feature and really want it in my flows!

    Hi, I there a way to create WhatsApp templates inside manychat progromaticly or by automation and not using the UI in Manychat?

    Hi ​@nodera_needs_help , as ​@rodrigo_silvano showed you CAN create WhatsApp templates on Manychat. It´s really easy to use and set up. Be sure your WP account has been verified so you are able to have credit. Also be sure you have a Pro Plan so WP is available on your account.
