Hi! What is the recommended best practice for sending daily drip messages at a fixed local time (e.g. 9 AM) to WhatsApp users in different US time zones?

Hi, @Sveta_Khrystenko!

This isn't a “standard definition”. It will always depend on the public you're trying to approach, as well what you're communicating to them.

Without knowing what you're doing at a strategy level, the only thing that can be done is some speculation or “guessing”. And in this case, 9am seems ok. 😅

But I'd recommend you invest more time to know your audience. 😉

@Sveta_Khrystenko also, WhatsApp template messages are not working in the USA as far as I know:

As for the time zone questions, you can try to infer the time zone from the person’s area code. You’ll need an API for that, but if you really want to know their timezone this could be an option.

Or you could ask them ;)

Hope this helps!!
