When a user comments on a Facebook post, does ManyChat automatically create or reuse a Messenger conversation?

I am trying to receive comments from Facebook but seams that Manychat convert some kind of comments in to messenger. How do I know the path of each comments? if will it be treat as comments or messenger?

Hi @Sandro Filippin , comments becomes messages when you had set up a “comment as a trigger”. So if you dont want comments to active a conversation, you need to turn off triggers. You can check them on Manychat Menu→ Automations → Keywords
