Hello, we’re based in the USA and currently have a large volume of TikTok messages to manage. I was wondering if there are any plans or a timeline for when TikTok accounts will be able to connect to ManyChat? Alternatively, are there any other solutions available to help manage these messages? Thank you for your assistance!

Hey,
Users located in the EU, USA, and UK are currently unable to connect their TikTok accounts to Manychat. Unfortunately, there is no estimated timeline for when this feature will be available in these regions.
However, if you have a business account click in the top right corner (in the hamburger menu), go to business suite → message center → there you’ll find some options to automate your messages, like FAQ’s, keyword reply, welcome messages, etc.
