Please Help

I'm having trouble connecting Manychat to my Instagram account. I think I must have done something wrong, now whenever I click on my account to add to Manychat, the following response appears: "Your request has been sent. please ask owner of Manychat account with this page to approve your request”.

The thing is, no field for approval appears within Manychat. I have already created, deleted, and created a Manychat account again, but it persists. No problem with Facebook Page, just with Instagram.

Only they are able to investigate it further and, if needed, disconnect this IG Account of yours from any Manychat Account to make it be able to connect to a new one.
