I saw the new feature pop up earlier today, but since it wasn’t working, I deleted it and decided to start from scratch. However, it’s no longer showing up on my paid plan account.
It’s weird because it’s working just fine on my other accounts. I really need to get this fixed ASAP since I’m getting a lot of new followers. I’d appreciate any help!

This feature is not yet available on all accounts, as it’s still in Beta. You can check by going to Settings, clicking on the Instagram channel, and looking for the "Follow to DM" option.
If it appears, you'll need to create a flow that will be sent to new followers and link it in the settings.
