Hey guys. Hoping someone can help me here. I am looking to send out a broadcast to my contacts but am not seeing the broadcasting section. Any recommendations? I have an admin role in our manychat with the influencer being the owner. Is this an issue?

On the Instagram channel, mass messaging is not possible due to limitations set by Meta.
Messages can only be sent within a 24-hour window from the last message received from the contact.
A good strategy is to create a flow where, once a customer sends you a message on Instagram, you have 24 hours to freely reply, send messages, and collect information such as their email or WhatsApp number.
With that information, you can send broadcasts through other channels.

Being an admin but not the owner should not be an issue — the menu is still supposed to appear. Please try accessing it directly through this link:

Just replace the number above with the account number you want to send the broadcast to.
