Hi, my Manychat doesn’t seem to be connecting with my IG account even though it says it’s already connected. Where is this ‘REQUEST SENT’ sent to?
This usually happens when you created a Manychat account a while ago (using a different login method) and forgot about it! It could also be that someone else on your team - who has access to your IG - tested Manychat out. Now that you want to use it, there’s this existing connection that needs sorting.
If you don’t have access to this existing Manychat account, then you need to contact support so they can help you get this sorted.
