Every time I set up comments to DM automation, I can select, “Next post or reel”. That option is gone and only gives me, “Specific post” or “any reel” options which aren’t helpful when my Reel hasn’t posted yet. I’m launching a huge giveaway this morning and it’s THE WORST possible time for ManyChat to change this. Is anyone else experiencing this? Did anyone find where that trigger is now?

Have you tried Refreshing Permissions on the account? I’m betting this could be a permissions issue...

However, if you intend to schedule the automation to the next post or reel, you have to use this template:
Using this template, you’re going to be able to choose the option “next post or reel”.
