Ismel

I’m setting up a new account for client and can’t find where should we confirm the request. Any idea?

@Ismel the account you’re trying to connect is already connected to Manychat.

Try to find out who has access to that account, they’re the ones who got the request.

If you can’t find or don’t have access to the old account, contact support so they can help you regain access.

Thanks @Gustavo Boregio, I appreciate your prompt response,

I referred a new user who signed up using my referral link. The one-month free trial that's supposed to be applied through the referral isn't showing up or being applied to their account.

I can confirm the signup is being tracked, I can see my client's email listed under Signups in my PartnerStack dashboard, so the referral was attributed correctly. However, on their end, the free month doesn't appear to be active or applied.

Is there a delay between PartnerStack tracking the signup and the free month being applied in Manychat?

Hey @Ismel is it possible they already had a Manychat account?

I’ve never had this issue, I suggest you reach out to Manychat’s team via PartnerStack.
