Hello everyone!

We are a Ukrainian company called Firmova Shtora, and we are preparing to migrate our customer communication from SmartSender to ManyChat.

We plan to connect Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and integrate ManyChat with Bitrix24.

Our expected requirements are:

- approximately 15,000–20,000 active contacts per month;
- 10–12 sales managers who need to read and reply to customer conversations;
- potentially 20–25 total team members, including assistants, supervisors, and trainees;
- individual accounts so we can see who replied to each customer;
- conversation assignment to specific managers;
- tags, lead statuses, and transfer of the responsible manager to Bitrix24.

We are trying to understand which option would be the most suitable and cost-effective:

1. Advanced plan with additional Inbox seats;
2. ManyChat Inbox as a separate product;
3. A custom plan with more users;
4. Using ManyChat for automation while managers communicate with customers through Bitrix24 using a two-way integration.

We do not want to overpay for features we will not use. However, we cannot migrate our main Messenger and Instagram traffic until all managers have a reliable way to communicate with customers.

Could someone please clarify:

- Which plan would you recommend for our volume and team structure?
- How many users and Inbox agents can actually be added to the Advanced plan?
- Can more than 10 users be added through a custom agreement?
- What would be the approximate monthly price for 10, 12, 15, and 20 Inbox agents?
- Can managers fully read and reply to conversations from Bitrix24 without purchasing a separate ManyChat Inbox seat for every manager?
- Are there discounts or special conditions available for Ukrainian businesses?

Our current ManyChat account has complimentary Pro access under the Ukrainian support program.

We would appreciate advice from the ManyChat team or companies with a similar sales-team structure.

Thank you!
