A friend wants the cheapest ManyChat product for their team of 6-10 live agents. What would you recommend? They do not need to automate any chatbot flows.
Could they purchase two Marketing Automation subscriptions for a single Facebook account where they run ads?

You can only have one Manychat Pro account per Facebook channel.
If your friend has 6-10 live agents, he needs to activate the Inbox product.
Go to settings → Billing → activate
The inbox product includes 3 live chat seats, and you can add more seats, paying $39/seat/month. The seats are unlimited
