Why are you still trying to charge my card after a subscription cancellation?

Hello ManyChat Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate an issue that has been ongoing for the past few weeks regarding the cancellation of my subscription.

Despite repeatedly requesting cancellation through your platform, I continue to receive a generic confirmation stating that my cancellation request has been received and will be processed. However, no actual cancellation appears to be taking effect.

Instead, I am still seeing repeated billing attempts, including notifications from Stripe indicating that my card is about to be charged. In some instances, I have even received messages suggesting that my subscription has been successfully cancelled, only to later see renewed billing activity or pending charges. This inconsistency is confusing and unacceptable.

To be clear: I am requesting the immediate and permanent cancellation of my subscription.

I do not want any further attempts to bill my payment method, and I expect confirmation that:

  1. My subscription has been fully cancelled
  2. No further charges will be attempted or processed
  3. My billing agreement linked via Stripe has been terminated

Additionally, once the current billing period (if already active) concludes, I will be deleting my account entirely.

Please treat this as urgent and ensure this issue is resolved immediately. I expect a clear written confirmation once the cancellation has been fully processed.

Please know that Manychat takes all charges very seriously. If there has been any mistake in processing these payments, they will certainly refund you.
