Why does Google Get Row not store value in bot field?

I noticed that when I use Google Get Row by Value, the value is not stored in a bot field.
I can map it to a bot field, but when I check the settings again, the mapping to the bot field is empty.
What's the logic behind that?

    ​@humilis I usually just store the data in a User Field and then map to a bot field.

    Also, make sure you're using the right data types.

    For example, you're not trying to map a text to a number field.

    ​@Gustavo Boregio Yes, I'm currently using such workaround. It's just that I don't see the logic, or perhaps it's a bug?

    I'm paying attention to the field types😀
