why duplicate whatsapp messages are been sent

i have set the following 2 triggers for whatsapp:-

 

 

but currently for some users, when the user type “Hi there”, 2 duplicate messages will be sent? any advice? 

 

when i checked the inbox, it mentioned one reply is been sent by whatsapp business app:-

Hi ​@sota, in that case, check you whatsapp business app and see if you have any default replay  on.

My suggestion is only to turn on the trigger automation in Manychat.
