Hi all - I just started ManyChat and I believe I did all the features right. I have a feature where I want to send (1) a reply to a person who comments the word “Self-love” on any of my posts, and then immediately send a simply follow up DM. I believe I have everything right. When I comment as another user I get nothing. No reply, no DM. Is this an issue on the Instagram side? I feel like I troubleshooted everything. I’ve already integrated the right social media channel(s). Really would like to get this going. Thanks!
