Why is the box for Comments on your post and reel light grey and not workin?

Hi,
First… it is “light colored” because that trigger can only be edited if you go into the automation Edit Mode.
Now, I see that this trigger is already copied several times (copy 3 copy copy copy 2 copy 😅)… try creating it from scratch and test if it works.
IMPORTANT: the comment trigger only works ONE TIME per post. If you test with an Account that already triggered that automation on the same post, nothing will happen (this is a Meta limitation).
