why is the key word on this post not triggering?

@Susana your keyword is set wrong.

 

@Conrad as far as I know, nothing wrong with IG today ;) You can get updates at status.manychat.com when there are issues.

@Susana it looks right, just a bit incomplete.

For example, after capturing the email, you should send a message confirming and continuing with your flow.

What exactly do you see wrong with the automation? And what do you want to achieve?

@Gustavo Boregio I really apreciate the help. I had 2 people go on the instagram post and comment DETAILS and it didn’t trigger anyting, that’s why I was wondering what I did wrong

I’m having the same issue. I’ve gone through all the settings… even disconnected the IG account and started completed over from scratch. I can’t get the keyword in a comment to fire the automation. Is there something going on with the platform?

@Susana, as Gustavo already said, you have to include “details” in the keyword section.

Checking your Loom video, you got very close. 😁

Once you click to edit the Comment trigger, just navigate to the next “config. page” using the “arrow” button:

 

 

Then you can edit/ add your keywords:
