why is the key word on this post not triggering?

For example, after capturing the email, you should send a message confirming and continuing with your flow.

What exactly do you see wrong with the automation? And what do you want to achieve?

​@Gustavo Boregio I really apreciate the help. I had 2 people go on the instagram post and comment DETAILS and it didn’t trigger anyting, that’s why I was wondering what I did wrong

I’m having the same issue. I’ve gone through all the settings… even disconnected the IG account and started completed over from scratch. I can’t get the keyword in a comment to fire the automation. Is there something going on with the platform? 

​@Susana, as Gustavo already said, you have to include “details” in the keyword section.

Once you click to edit the Comment trigger, just navigate to the next “config. page” using the “arrow” button:

Then you can edit/ add your keywords:
