I noticed that the response mapping option is disabled when trying to configure my request map. Does anyone know why this feature is unavailable? Is this a limitation in my setup or something related to the tool?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

You’re using the ‘Dynamic’ message bubble, right?
In this case mapping is off since you need to reply with the proper message format defined by Manychat.
If you want to do an external request, use an Action and the External Request option.
