Why there isnt live chat support?

At the moment, Manychat doesn’t provide live chat support. However, you can ask your questions here on the community or, if you prefer go to https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us and at the top right corner, you’ll see a “get help” button. There you can talk to an AI assistant (pretty useful), and if it doesn’t help, you’ll be prompt to talk to support via email.

Hi ​@zane  Just to clarify — ManyChat does have a chat-based support system available in the Help Center. You can ask questions directly there, and the AI Support Assistant usually provides very solid and helpful guidance.

If the AI response doesn’t fully resolve the issue, you can open a support ticke and get in touch with the human support team they will contact you by e mail. In my experience, they usually respond quite fast.

Also, for new feature requests or improvements, I highly recommend posting them in the Ideas section of the ManyChat Community, where the product team actively reviews suggestions.

Hi and thanks for the update. To avoid the possibility of errors , i have installed the simplest automatic flow that manychat offers, Its pre-designed, practically it should work, right? 
And yet….It doesnt 

Is here something in this flow that i can change for it to work?
