Why does uploading vertical videos in ManyChat damage the quality?

Manychat support confirmed that it looks pixelated on the mobile Instagram app. However, they also tested it on the desktop version, where it looks fine.

This issue occurs only on the Instagram app on mobile devices, and they asked me to create a post in this community to gather votes before they investigate it.
