  1. If I cancel my Manychat subscription, will my existing WhatsApp QR code still direct people to my WhatsApp chat? I would like to message them manually during developing stage of my business.
  1. If I restart my subscription in a few months, will everything (including the same QR code) be restored to the current state? On my products there is QR code printed and I have to make sure that when the business will be doing better I have the same QR code.
  1. Yes the QR code should still work, you’ll just need to answer manually
  2. Yes you should be able to turn everything back on ;)

I forgot to mention that my phone number was purchased through ManyChat.

  1. If I cancel my subscription, will the QR code still work?
  1. Later, if I reactivate my subscription, will I get the same QR code and recover all the automated chat settings I had created?

So no, if you cancel the subscription you’ll lose the phone number and won’t be able to use it.

And if you reactivate, you’ll get a new number, not the same number you had.
