Quick question — is there a way to integrate WooCommerce with ManyChat? Actually, I want to send order confirmations, request a Google review if the order is delivered, and send a happy customer a text to review. If not, I want to direct them to talk to a human using Manychat on whatsapp.
Secondly, how can I save contact information from WooCommerce to ManyChat? I’m looking for a smooth process so everything works automatically without manual input.

Woocommerce integrated well with Make (https://www.make.com/en/integrations/woocommerce) so it should be pretty straight forward!

May I know, if I trigger webhooks from WooCommerce, use a tool like Make.com, and add the contacts to ManyChat. how can I trigger a WhatsApp template or flow?
The problem is, when the contact is saved, they will be outside the 24-hour window. I want to send them a message on WhatsApp.
+6Yes you need to use the ‘sendFlow’ option in Manychat’s API and send a message template (paid) to the user.
