hi guys. i ve been losing my hours trying to understand why manychat is giving me the error above when creating a simple automation with chatgpt. when i access openai platform to check the usage (on both my accounts) they are 0/5$ and 0/18$ with zero tasks and zero requests. i understood i need paid plans or to add credit for this process to use, but there are also a couple of free tries, right? i didn’t use anything and still get that error. anyone help? thanks!

If you have free credits in OpenAI it should work with these credits.
If it doesn’t, you have something setup wrong.

If so, you need to add $ to the OpenAI account.
The free tier has really low rate limiting.
You can add $5 and have it bumped up enough for testing without issues.
Before going to production with real traffic though, I suggest you add another $45 and bring the total to $50+ to get you to Tier II on OpenAI and have a higher rate limit.
the problem is it didn’t work for me even for the first try. are all tries needed to be paid?
