Hello, ManyChat!

I don't have the budget to increase my subscription to $99 a month

I’m on the Pro account, and I have 7,500 active contacts.

I got a message that everything was paused, and I just launched a new post with automation.

What can I do with my contacts? I’m willing to delete them if need be. If I can, how do I do a bulk delete

Hey ​@builtforadulthoodyou can't delete contacts, since Manychat counts for active contacts per month.At this point you can upgrade or allow overage on your account. If not, the automations will stay paused until next month when the billing cycle resets.
