Just wasted an hour setting this up, not working and zero support. Any ideas on what I can do to make the automation work? I’ve refreshed, its showing live and its not doing what its supposed to do.

I’m facing the same issue in 8 different accounts… None of the automations in whatsapp are working, even though they are enabled and “published live”
