At some point, the automation message malfunction and we have to manually send it to customer. My suggestion is to create a command keyword by seller to trigger the keyword and send to customer in case it’s not working. For example, if one customer message ask for pricing and the bot is not sending the message, we can use command as “#keyword” to trigger the message. On the otherhand, if there’s some infomation asked by customer and can command the saved respond by #Address, #QRCODE, #TELEPHONE...
