Hi Manychat Team,

I hope you're doing well!

I'd like to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly improve organization and productivity within the platform: the ability to add custom colors to tags and to display tags directly in the conversation list, rather than only showing them when a specific conversation is opened.

Currently, tags are only visible once you open a conversation. By showing them in the main conversation list and allowing color coding, it would be much easier to visually identify conversations by category, priority, or funnel stage.

It would also make it easier to spot conversations that have multiple tags applied, streamlining the triage and follow-up process.

I’ve created a few example images to illustrate how this feature might look and work in practice — attaching them here for your reference.

Hi Heric,
We believe this is essential in ManyChat. In fact, we can suggest adding the following to your suggestion:
1. Add a setting called "How do you want to display labels in chats?":
- Display all labels: All labels will be displayed, as you mentioned above.


- Display only the most recent label: Only the most recently added label will be displayed.


- Display all the most recently added labels by category: For example, let's suppose we have two label categories:
Sales Category:
- Label (To be addressed)
- Label (Serving)
- Label (Completed)
Support Category:
- Label (To be addressed)
- Label (Serving)
- Label (Completed)

In this case, even though it has all the labels for the categories, it will only show the most recently added label for each category.

For this, it is necessary that the labels can be manually organized in the appropriate section.

Yes, these options would add a lot to ManyChat.

These are options that we believe are currently basic and that they should already be implementing.

 

It would already be a great help and a step forward to include color options and show labels directly in the chat list.

If they can include the options you mentioned, then they would be practically perfect.

 

I hope we can get them to look at this option with affection and that it doesn't need to be widely voted on to get off the ground.
