[RESOLVED] Instagram OAuth: Public Comment Replies not being sent

Hello everyone,

We truly appreciate your patience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are aware of a current issue affecting comment reply automations. Some accounts are experiencing failures specifically in the auto-response triggered under comments, and we want to make sure you have full visibility into what we know so far.

Our investigation has confirmed that this behavior does not affect the delivery of Direct Messages; flows continue to run and DMs are being sent as expected. The issue is isolated to the auto-response under comments and is being actively investigated by our team.

We have been able to narrow the behavior down to accounts connected through the Instagram OAuth (direct sing-up using Instagram details; w/o Business Suite). This has already been escalated to Meta, and we are working closely alongside their team as our investigation continues.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and your trust in us while we work through this. As soon as we have concrete results or a resolution to share, we will ensure to keep everyone updated.

Thank you for the information, the truth is that I am losing quite a few sales due to this error in two accounts of my clients.
