Hey Manychat family,

We’re currently aware of an issue where Quick Reply buttons are not showing up in Instagram conversations. This prevents end-users from selecting options, which interrupts conversations and impact automations.

Our team has already reported this to Meta Support and shared all the necessary details for their investigation. We’re closely following up and will share updates with you as soon as we receive them.

We understand how disruptive this can be to your customer interactions and truly appreciate your patience while we work with Meta to get it resolved 🙏

Gracias, si me está pasando. Es mi primera automatización y me preocupé un poco, ya que entre al Pro con mucho entusiasmo

Thank you for working on this, but I have a question. How long do issues like this usually take to get resolved? Because I rely on this system for my livelihood. I have a large automation, and tens of thousands of people use it every day. My main concern is: how long does it usually take to be fixed, approximately?
