Hey everyone,
We want to keep you informed about a current issue affecting WhatsApp connections in Manychat.
Some users are currently unable to connect WhatsApp as a channel and may see the error:
“Manychat is unable to register customers at this time.”
After investigating and confirmed by Meta, it is being caused by an ongoing outage on Meta’s side. The issue is impacting the majority of users, although some accounts may still be able to connect successfully.
