We are currently experiencing a DDoS attack affecting the availability of parts of the Manychat web application and public-facing landing pages.

What is affected:

  • Manychat web and mobile app (partial unavailability)
  • Public-facing landing pages

Automations are NOT affected (until further notice).

Our team is actively mitigating the attack and working to restore full availability. You can follow the Manychat Status page for up-to-date information. We'll also update this post as the situation develops.

This attack is also affecting the API, right? Since 2 PM, our API automations have been down.

Hi there!

From 15:56 to 20:50 UTC on May 22, 2026, we experienced a third wave of DDoS attacks that partially affected the availability of our web application and public-facing landing pages.

The attacks did not affect account automations, and we observed no impact on message processing functionality.

The attacks have been mitigated, and all services have since remained stable and fully operational.

We will continue monitoring the situation over the coming hours.

hola mi many chat presenta falla desde el 21 de mayo 20:00. Mis automatizaciones se han suspendido, mi api ha sido afectada y mi inscripción del pago tambien. ESTOY para hacer pago nuevamente el 12 de junio y en este momento me esta pidiendo pago nuevamente

My automations are still failing - new ones aren’t working and I can’t copy existing ones that are still working. Is this issue still ongoing please? I’ve refreshed the connection but it’s still the same

It is still down. It hasn’t worked for me in days! Very frustrating!

In addition, take into account the following:

  1. Follow the official IG automation troubleshooting guide
    This step-by-step guide covers several edge cases that can cause comment automations to stop firing and is very helpful for diagnosing issues like this:

  2. Check for platform-wide issues
    Sometimes this is related to a temporary issue on Instagram or ManyChat’s side. You can check the current system status here:

  3. One-time trigger behavior
    Just as a reminder, Instagram comment automations only trigger once per user per post. If the same user commented again, the automation would not fire a second time.
