Hello! New terms of policy soon will work in Instagram, after January 25th. And according to them it’s prohibited to use automatization.
Could you please tell us, maybe you recommend some ways to avoid Instagram block and continue use automatization? Because since 25th of January IG prohibits it.

Please fear not - using Manychat in accordance with the Meta Community Standards should not trigger any restrictions! And I don’t see anything that would prohibit the use of tools like Manychat.
Also, Manychat is an approved Meta-partner, and both Meta and Manychat are pushing hard for more Instagram DM automation. So I doubt Meta would sabotage their own efforts.
Also, the automation we do with Manychat is DM automation, not social media content automation. There’s a big difference between these 2, and I can see why Meta could frown upon media content automation - if everybody starts posting automated AI videos then real engagement dies and this becomes a problem for Instagram.
But for DM automation, I don’t see any risks at all!

So we won’t get Instagram block by continue using automatization? New terms of policy are not connected to the automatization at all?
+6No, you will not get banned for using Manychat, as long as you follow the other Community Standards that apply to all of Instagram (including DM automation).
