I've installed Manychat + OpenAI/Assistants API for several clients, and most times we limit the conversation: for example, after 5 or 10 engagements, we tell them to talk to a salesperson - having the person talk to AI forever is not good for any business.Except for one of my clients…This client does Customer Support on IG using an Assistant, and they particularly want to let the person chat as long as they want, with no restrictions at all.It works really well and users are happy with the AI Assistant, which is awesome!But last night something happened...We got a new Subscriber on our Manychat bot: Meta AIMeta AI was very proactive and started the conversation (I'm still not sure if someone clicked on the Meta AI contact or if it was out of the blue - this is an account with many people on it. But Meta AI was definitely the first to engage)…Here's Meta AI's first message:

I’ve started a series that will be a deep dive into building powerful Instagram DM chatbots using Manychat and Flowise.The first video in the series is live and the goal is to release at least 1 video per week. The process has been a lot more involved than I expected lol.This series will have a focus on e-commerce, but there is a lot of overlap with other industries. So even if you’re not building an ecom assistant, there should be more than plenty that you’re able to take away.I’ll work on making sure the video is higher quality next time and tighten up some of the sloppy editing, but just wanted to get this one out there.In the meantime, any feedback is more than welcome and let me know if there is a specific functionality you’d like to see in this series.Check it out and let me know what you think!

Manychat does a lot of cool stuff but the primary downside is that it is not intuitive! I might be referencing this thread myself in the future!So the Manychat forums are located at https://community.manychat.com/. Secret: If you’re signed in to the forums you will not automatically be signed in to the help subdomain. So go to https://help.manychat.com/ and then click sign in. Once signed in at the top of the page next to your user name will be a “Submit a request” button; do not bother using the search feature to find anything about bugs. At the bottom-right will be a chat bubble, click on “Contact Support”. This will bring you to a new page at: https://help.man

 Not sure if anyone else has made an actual game with Manychat, but I have. I call it TRIPCRAFT. You can play it now if you like. www.facebook.com/street.tripy or www.instagram.com/street.tripy Type TRIPCRAFT to start It’s played in rounds and involves chipping away at a pile of “TRIPS” (points) together with the entire community.Whoever swings last wins a Jackpot of points.There are 4 tools total including 3 pickaxes and TNT. Each have their own stats and strategic uses and pros/cons.It currently uses an API to my website to manage the TRIPS (points) but could easily be adapted to use

4 Ways To Improve User ExperienceWe all know that one of the most attractive functions of a chatbot is to provide us with transactional conversations, both faster than email and with more people than phone calls. When the number of sales goes up and the time it takes us to make them goes down, everyone is happy, and that’s why chatbots are here to stay. However, a chatbot built solely to be transactional can leave plenty of money on the table, mostly in the the lifetime value of a customer. Loyalty programmes and gamification has been a great way of improving this user experience (often shortened to UX) but I like teaching my students to go further and decorate their flows and making the conversations more enjoyable for the user.  Here are four of the tips I have for this: Understand and Anticipate User Needs: The first step in optimising a chatbot's UX is to thoroughly understand your users' needs and expectations.
