Hey friends! I’ve read on some posts that there was a new Manychat update in the US today and some are claiming having the response to comment feature under Tiktok videos. Is it indeed live in the US?

Yes, we are excited to announce TikTok is finally now available for our US-based users!
Comment to DM is partially rolled out for users located in Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia (this is determined on TikTok side), so users from those regions indeed might be able to see the feature already 🙌
I got the notification but haven’t been able to make it work yet, despite having a business account.
Might try clearing cache/cookies to see if it’s a browser thing! Might also just take a few days to be live for everyone?

Yes, TikTok integration is now available in the US. 🙌
But the response to comment trigger is still in development. Maybe someone got a super early access to it or just saw some demo being shown around.
