O manychat não sobe conversas do instagram quando falamos com o seguidor e ele responde, mas caso o seguidor de maneira espontânea fale conosco a mensagem sobe. Alguém já passou por isso? Sabem dizer o que pode ser?

I've been having the same issue since last Monday. I've tried everything and nothing has worked. We have several posts from people with this issue.
When a customer interacts with an Instagram ad, ManyChat doesn't recognize the message or create a contact, right?
ManyChat still hasn't provided me with a solution through the support channel.
Please open a ticket as well, to reinforce the issue with support.
